Music reaches places words cannot. It steadies the nervous system, restoring memory, and giving voice to what's hard to say.
Music therapy is the clinical use of music to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs. Guided by a board-certified therapist, it's intentional, measurable, and tailored to each person's goals.
Processing grief, anxiety, and trauma in a safe, regulated space.
Supporting memory, attention, and orientation across conditions.
Encouraging movement, breath, and rehabilitation through rhythm.
Rebuilding connection, expression, and a sense of belonging.
Our Mark
Inara means light. Our mark is a sunrise, the moment darkness gives way and the day begins again.
It stands for hope, for new beginnings, and for the belief that healing is possible at every stage of life. Even in the hardest seasons, music can be the first light of morning.
About Me
I'm Christina Zayas, a Board-Certified Music Therapist and the founder of Inara Music Therapy. I believe music has the power to bring hope, foster connection, and support healing during every stage of life. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized to the unique goals and strengths of every individual, family, and organization I serve.
Whether supporting someone through grief, mental health challenges, aging, developmental needs, or life's transitions, my goal is simple: to create meaningful musical experiences that help people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
